Enjoyed the friendly staff at check-in and at the spa facilities. For Paris standards, nice pool and gym area. Anglo-saxon tourists will find the area small but this is what to expect in Parisian hotels.

Both the rooms and the overall facilities were great, with great taste and care. But also the Spa area was amazing, I never use public pools in hotels or anywhere for that matter usually because they smell and seem dirty, but this one was an exception, the space was great, smelled super clean and saw their staff take care of cleaning immediately after previous guests used the space. Also breakfast space was great, it was nice to eat while looking at a garden, not really common in a big city. The area was also really safe due to the ministry of interior and other governmental buildings being near by, but at the same time super close to Rue St Honoraire where all the great shops are.

Lots of positive impressions about this small hidden gem! Even aheaf of our stay, hotel concierge and the front desk team were very helpful in making restaurant reservations for us. The location is great, pretty central and walking distance to pretty much everything that you need. Rooms are very stylish and comfortable, for Parisian standards. Bed was great! Nice looking spa, with friendly staff who proactively brought some swimming accessories for our daughter. On our last day at checkout we forgot an item with sentimental value in the room, and hotel staff was helpful to retrieve it few hours later while being respectful to the new guests in the room (although with a bit of linguistic misunderstandings, which seems normal in France).

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our visit special. The room was beautiful, the food was excellent, and they even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine for my wife’s birthday—a thoughtful touch we really appreciated. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Lovely property in safe location! Such beautiful lovely room with generous space! Bedding was so comfortable and the pool and sauna were so relaxing. Everyone at this property was so kind and cheerful! Thank you Guillaume for arranging my lunch at Dior and airport transport. I wished I had booked my entire stay at this hotel since I fell in love with the room and service!

What a beautiful and wonderfully located hotel. Great amenities and lovely rooms. We got upgraded to the Deluxe room and it was genuinely amazing. So spacious, very clean, smelled very nice, large toilets, beautifully decorated, and overall great. The check-in staff were very kind and helpful. And ahead of the trip, the hotel were great at communication. I had a few restaurants I wanted to check out and gave them a list - they tried to help me book but I was last minute so most of the restaurants I wanted to go to were already booked up. After they went through my list, they came up with some other recommendations and helped us book a wonderful 1* Michelin restaurant for dinner. The pool and spa area is great (very clean, not busy at all, plenty of amenities and attention to detail i.e. make up wipes in the female lockers) - definitely lives up to its five star rating.

Very nice rooms with delicate design, the Spa was excellent as well. The location is convenient due to its proximity to the grand magazins as well as the Champs Elysees Park.
