What a beautiful and wonderfully located hotel. Great amenities and lovely rooms. We got upgraded to the Deluxe room and it was genuinely amazing. So spacious, very clean, smelled very nice, large toilets, beautifully decorated, and overall great. The check-in staff were very kind and helpful. And ahead of the trip, the hotel were great at communication. I had a few restaurants I wanted to check out and gave them a list - they tried to help me book but I was last minute so most of the restaurants I wanted to go to were already booked up. After they went through my list, they came up with some other recommendations and helped us book a wonderful 1* Michelin restaurant for dinner. The pool and spa area is great (very clean, not busy at all, plenty of amenities and attention to detail i.e. make up wipes in the female lockers) - definitely lives up to its five star rating.

Lots of positive impressions about this small hidden gem! Even aheaf of our stay, hotel concierge and the front desk team were very helpful in making restaurant reservations for us. The location is great, pretty central and walking distance to pretty much everything that you need. Rooms are very stylish and comfortable, for Parisian standards. Bed was great! Nice looking spa, with friendly staff who proactively brought some swimming accessories for our daughter. On our last day at checkout we forgot an item with sentimental value in the room, and hotel staff was helpful to retrieve it few hours later while being respectful to the new guests in the room (although with a bit of linguistic misunderstandings, which seems normal in France).

Highlights: the incredibly kind & helpful staff, ultra-comfortable beds, interior decor, and location. This is one of the best stays I have experienced, worldwide. The staff were so incredibly helpful; I had done a little too much shopping & needed to ship a suitcase back to the UK after my check out which they arranged seamlessly. Nothing was too much to ask. The bed & pillows are incredibly comfortable, I slept 8+ hours every night during my stay. The location is also fantastic, located on a quiet side street in the 8th. I was on level 4 facing the street & couldn't hear any outside noise from my room. Great area for shopping & museums. I will undoubtedly return on future trips to Paris.

The room was beautiful, the food was excellent, and they even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine for my wife’s birthday—a thoughtful touch we really appreciated. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Everyone at this property was so kind and cheerful! Thank you Guillaume for arranging my lunch at Dior and airport transport.
